We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Loyalty team at Admiral.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include

  • Handle calls from current customers, providing assistance such as securing the best renewal price, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries.
  • Provide exceptional service while adhering to compliance standards set by the regulated nature of our business.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to adapt and meet evolving customer needs.
