We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join the ECRM Marketing team. This role will support product promotion by focusing on sales-generating cross-sell campaigns for Admiral Home and Motor Insurance. You will be part of the ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) team in our award-winning Marketing department. Our goal is to engage customers with direct marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell, improve retention and customer satisfaction, and promote digital adoption across Admiral’s expanding product portfolio. Our focus is on email marketing, while also testing new initiatives for channels such as SMS, push notifications, and Direct Mail. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and make a significant impact on an expanding product portfolio.
Responsibilities
As Marketing Executive in ECRM you will:
- Plan, implement, and optimize sales-generating marketing campaigns for Admiral Home and Motor Insurance to grow the customer base.
- Review the customer journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor performance against targets and proactively suggest adjustments when needed.
- Maintain monthly reports and manage stakeholder communications.
Main Duties
Campaign Creation
- Manage the campaign marketing plan for Admiral Home and Motor Insurance.
- Work with the Marketing Campaign Manager, Product Marketing teams, and Product owners to develop campaign plans to achieve business targets.
- Deliver end-to-end campaigns, including planning, implementation, writing/sourcing copy, and consulting with design teams.
- Ensure campaign quality through thorough testing and quality assurance.
Data Management
- Work with regulatory, data protection, and legal teams to ensure campaigns meet FCA, data privacy, consumer duty, and ASA requirements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to generate ideas for lead generation campaigns.
Reporting
- Drive performance against targets by continuously monitoring and analyzing campaign results. Proactively recommend adjustments to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and create detailed monthly reports on campaign performance at both product and campaign levels. Present results and findings in a clear and actionable format.
Presentation Skills
- Present campaign updates, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders weekly.
- Deliver comprehensive monthly presentations covering broader performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and long-term planning.
- Demonstrate confidence and clarity in presentations, effectively engaging with stakeholders and providing actionable insights.
Required Skills And Personal Attributes
Marketing
- Marketing knowledge or experience.
- Critical thinking with a data-driven approach.

Technical
- Process and technical aptitude are essential for this specialized digital role.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Braze or Adobe Campaign.
- Technical knowledge or interest in CRM automation development (desirable but not essential).
- Interest and experience in email marketing, multi-channel marketing, and digital communications.
- Experience and knowledge in HTML; further knowledge in JavaScript and CSS is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with email template building tools such as Litmus is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding or experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker.
Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative nature with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Effective relationship management skills with agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Great time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and generate ideas.
- Experience in presenting findings or insights to stakeholders with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Presentation Skills
- Proven experience in delivering presentations and comfortable presenting to stakeholders regularly.
Additional Information
- We are a hybrid working team and you will be required to come to our Cardiff office 2 days per week (or more if you prefer).

Salary, Benefits, And Work-Life Balance
We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
