Launch Your Career in Data with Admiral
Start date: September 2026. Application deadline: 26/10/2025. We may close early if we receive a high volume of interest.
Location: Hybrid. 1–2 days per week in our Cardiff office. During the initial induction period you will attend 4–5 days a week in person. After this, you’ll transition to a flexible hybrid pattern.
Duration: 25 months. Induction: 5 weeks at Ty Admiral, Cardiff.

- Data Analytics Programme
- Three placements of eight months each within our Data Community.

- Year one: foundations in data analytics, working with datasets, uncovering insights, and shaping strategy.

Who We’re Looking For
- STEM graduates (Maths, Physics, Computing, Engineering, Biology, Psychology, Economics, or similar).
- Passion for data, problem‑solving, and applying knowledge to real‑world challenges.
- Strong communication skills: ability to adapt insights for technical colleagues, business leaders, or customers.
Application Process

- Screening – shortlisted applicants are invited to the next stage.
- Assessment centre (mid‑November, in‑person, Ty Admiral, Cardiff) – 30–45 minute interview.
- Final interview (late November / early December, virtual).
