Admiral Money is seeking an IT Operations Lead to shape and lead a newly established IT Operations function within a growing FinTech. You will own the operational roadmap, build scalable processes, runbooks and service models, and lead a high-performing team in a cloud-first environment with Microsoft 365, AWS, Atlassian and enterprise ITSM tools.
You’ll drive automation, efficiency and continuous improvement, manage on-call and escalation, and ensure services are reliable, documented and ready.
