We're on the hunt for Customer Sales Advisors to join our lively and sales driven Customer Value team!
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll speak with customers every day, helping them make the most of their insurance policies while delivering the outstanding service Admiral is known for.
This role is about much more than answering queries.
You'll take ownership of each customer's journey, listening carefully to understand their needs, building trust and rapport, and providing solutions that genuinely add value.
Whether you're updating an existing policy, resolving a query, or exploring products that could better meet a customer's needs, you'll play an important role in helping customers feel confident they're getting the right cover and support.
You'll manage a wide variety of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service.
Attention to detail is key, as you'll be responsible for updating policies correctly, following regulatory processes, and navigating multiple systems effectively to deliver fair and positive customer outcomes.
Alongside providing exceptional service, you'll proactively identify opportunities to add value, confidently pitch relevant products and services, and help customers understand the benefits available to them.
Whether it's introducing Multi Car, Multi Cover, car insurance, van insurance or home insurance, you'll look to maximise every opportunity whilst always putting the customer at the heart of your decision-making.
We value flexibility and work-life balance, which is why your time will be split between home and the office.
Besides a base salary of £26,300, there’s also the chance to earn monthly incentives.
Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays).
You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave.
