We're on the hunt for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team! So, what does a Customer Advisor do? You'll chat with our customers over the phone each day, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Since we're a regulated company, you'll also follow some compliance standards. Don't worry if you’re new to insurance, we’ll equip you with all the training and tools to make you confident in delivering great service quickly!

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll mainly handle calls from current customers, finding ways to assist them, whether it’s getting the best renewal price, adding extra coverage, or resolving general queries. We value flexibility and work-life balance, which is why your time will be split between home and the office. Besides a base salary of £26,300, there’s also the chance to earn monthly incentives. Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays). You also have the option to buy or sell up to an additional five days of annual leave. Our fantastic benefits make sure our colleagues have a great work-life balance.
