We are investing £370,000 and are on the lookout for an exceptional operator to make this pub the go-to pub in the area. The pub is situated on a bustling street and holds a prominent position on a busy road, surrounded by housing in a densely populated area of Coventry. The city of Coventry is around 3 miles from the pub, allowing it to focus on being the heart of the local community.

Pub Layout: The pub will be transformed in every way with a fresh and inviting feel. Financial: Security deposit: £2,000. No rent applicable on this agreement. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock, and day-to-day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, along with all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
