Our aim is to offer our customers impeccable playing environments and an outstanding service that sets us apart from our competitors. Many of our stores are recently refurbished portraying a really modern outlook and a first class working environment. Hours per week: 20. Shift pattern: Monday–Sunday, Night Shift 21:45–08:15. Full flexibility across the week, working 2 out of 7 nights per week. If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour between those times.

By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. Once you have completed your training, you could be:

  • Promoting our excellent offers, promotions and events.
  • Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers.
  • Recommending games and alternative machines to our customers, using your product knowledge gained through our training programme.
  • Handling cash and providing customers with change.
