Central Services Analyst – Overview
Joining us as a Central Services Analyst you will play a vital part in assisting with gaming operational support and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal departments & stakeholders to develop new and enhance existing reporting.
- Proactively assist with reviewing the estate performance on a venue, regional, and national level.
- Identify trends in performance and uncover opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are distributed on time and accurately, driving forward performance.
- Assist the Gaming team with all administration tasks.
- Take direction from the Gaming team to assist with all daily tasks and queries.
- Ensure the Gaming team provides value‑adding service.
- Assist in peer‑review testing of existing and new reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Commercially minded and able to add an insightful value to the business.
- Diligent and thorough with an analytical and numerate outlook and excellent eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, especially working with MS Office.
- Good administration skills.
- Desirable: Experience with industry standard BI tools such as Tableau or similar (training can be provided).
- Desirable: A degree or appropriate qualification in an analytical or related subject.
