Support the Venue Manager in driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales and operational goals. Build strong relationships with customers, enhancing their gaming experience. Proven leadership experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or gaming. Excellent communication and people management skills. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding service and achieving results.
