Role & Responsibilities

  • Site Security: Protect customer premises, including buildings, gates, and shutters.
  • Access Control: Monitor entrances, checking in visitors and contractors.
  • Patrols: Perform regular, scheduled foot patrols in and around the client's premises.
  • Incident Response: Handle alarm activations (fire, intruder, CCTV) and report incidents.
  • Open/Lock: Perform site opening and locking duties.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily occurrences and incidents.

Requirements

  • SIA License: A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license is required.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends to cover shift gaps.
  • Experience: Previous security experience is often preferred.
  • Reliability: The ability to provide cover for sickness, holidays, and emergencies is key.
  • Transport: Own transport is often required or strongly preferred for mobile and relief roles.
