We are looking for Chefs at all levels – CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs
We work with many prestigious sites across Central London and surrounding areas, ongoing temporary assignments for the right Chefs looking for flexibility.
You will have:
- Current / previous experience as a Chef, running a section in a busy kitchen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment
- Ability to work on their own, initiative calmly when under pressure
- Full chef whites uniform, safety shoes, own knives
- If you hold an Enhanced DBS this will open more locations that we can discuss
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Follow the guidance of the head chef or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Package:
Hourly Rate from £16 per hour up to £26 per hour, depending on role, client and experience and payment method.
