We are looking for a motivated and experienced Catering Supervisor, reporting to the Hospitality/Catering Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 20-30 Catering Assistants, both permanent and casual staff.
- Working alongside the catering assistants before, during, and after service while monitoring and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout areas of responsibility.
- Ensuring that each member of staff completes their duties in accordance with the service and cleaning duties roster.
- Programming the menu boards daily with allergen information.
- Assisting in planning staff shifts, rotas, overtime, and agency staff support.
- Ensuring that staff are trained and use equipment properly.
- Assisting in all catering areas as required and covering for colleagues in the department.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for quality and high service standards. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to undergo a DBS check prior to employment.
