The Senior Motion & Graphic Designer sits within the Brand & Creative team in Marketing and plays a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across digital channels. This hands-on senior role delivers high-quality, digital-first creative across social, web, paid media and campaigns, while helping raise creative standards and evolve our motion and visual output. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality digital creative across social, paid media, web, CRM and campaigns.
- Own complex briefs from concept through to final execution.
- Ensure outputs align with marketing priorities and campaign objectives.
- Maintain high standards of digital craft across all channels.
- Create engaging motion assets for social and digital campaigns.
- Help develop scalable motion approaches that strengthen brand recognition.
- Apply strong storytelling, pacing and visual hierarchy principles.
- Deliver polished, platform-ready video and animation assets.
- Translate brand systems into cohesive, flexible digital executions.
- Design high-quality static assets across key marketing touchpoints.
- Apply clarity, hierarchy and conversion principles where relevant.
- Adapt creative efficiently across multiple formats and placements.
- Design with efficiency, modularity and scalability in mind.
- Develop reusable templates and motion toolkits to support team growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes within Marketing.
- Support the continued development of the creative function.
- Work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative on briefs and key initiatives.
- Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Performance and Communications teams.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to junior designers.

Essential Experience
- Experience in digital graphic and motion design.
- Proven experience delivering multi-format marketing campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Experience working within a marketing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities confidently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a scaling or fast-growing brand environment.
