Work arrangement
This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the Ty Admiral office 1-2 days per week. Working hours follow a two-week rotating shift pattern between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with weekend work required one Saturday every 6–8 weeks.

The role involves communicating with customers via telephone, email, and webchat to guide them through the loan application process, answering queries and making changes throughout the loan lifecycle.
