What Does a Broker Sales Executive Do? As a Broker Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with our selected panel of second‑charge mortgage brokers. You’ll act as the voice of Admiral Money, driving high‑quality submissions, spotting opportunities, and ensuring great outcomes for brokers and customers. This role blends relationship management, sales awareness, and product knowledge — perfect for someone who enjoys building partnerships and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing relationships, communication, and training needs with our panel of second‑charge mortgage brokers.
- Proactively driving cases from enquiry through to funds disbursal.
- Responding quickly to new business enquiries using strong policy knowledge and a focus on conversion.
- Identifying sales opportunities and unique selling points across our product range.
- Supporting Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties and customers with system queries and integrations.
- Working closely with internal teams to optimise broker engagement and customer experience.
- Maintaining an up‑to‑date and proactive CRM.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance, including KPIs and revenue.
Essential Skills & Experience:
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- A proven track record in proactive customer or business relationship management (ideally in secured lending, but not essential).
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment focused on customer satisfaction.
- The ability to understand and use MI to identify and create opportunities.
- CEMAP or equivalent (desirable, not essential).
- Second charge specialist lending experience (desirable, not essential).
