The Role

Based in our Ramsgate office, the Trainee Private Jet Broker role offers the chance to be at the heart of our operations, delivering the exceptional service we’re known for while learning the skills to build a successful career in private aviation.

This is a sales-focused role, centred on relationship selling and providing the highest standards of service. Your ability to build trust and develop meaningful connections with clients will be key to your success. With hands-on training, guidance from a senior mentor, and real-world experience, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing a portfolio of clients through networking, cold calling, and managing online enquiries.
  • Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Managing executive charter bookings for Private Jets & Helicopters from enquiry to successful completion, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to deliver world-class service and bespoke Private Jet & Helicopter experiences.

Once you’ve successfully completed your probation period, you will work towards achieving the Air Charter Association Broker Qualification, further enhancing your expertise in the field.
