About the Role
We are seeking a highly proactive, motivated, and results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding telephone-based sales team. The successful candidate will identify and nurture leads, contact potential customers by phone to promote and sell our products or services, and play a crucial role in driving the growth of Admiral Business by providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products or services.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries.
- Upsell Admiral Business products to expand our reach.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Accurately update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in outbound sales.
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude.
- Strong rapport-building skills.
