About this Role

We specialise in road traffic accident claims, understanding the distress and confusion often involved. This fast-paced role in our contact centre involves handling calls as a New Client Handler, the first point of contact for clients post-accident. Your responsibilities include making a positive first impression, gathering accurate information, and showing empathy during stressful times.

We provide comprehensive training, after which you\'ll handle outbound and inbound calls, set up new claims, and stay updated on policies and procedures to deliver excellent service.

Shifts
