We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering IT and business projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring they remain within agreed tolerances. All governance and control aspects must be fully documented and maintained, including RAID logs, change control, and any other required controls as defined in the Project Framework.
Main Duties:
- Defining project objectives and creating detailed plans.
- Managing resources, budgets, risks, benefits, and dependencies.
- Monitoring progress using appropriate systems and providing regular reports.
- Ensuring quality standards, governance, and documentation are maintained.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and managing communication effectively.
- Leading change management, lessons-learned sessions, and post-implementation reviews.
- Delivering projects using best-practice methodologies.
Essential Experience:
- Proven record of successful project management.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage work aligned with business needs.
- Workstream planning and critical path analysis.
- Budget management experience.
- Stakeholder and matrix management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Waterfall & Agile preferred).
- Commercial awareness.
- Relevant project management qualifications (Prince, APM, or AgilePM).

- Technical knowledge of relevant IT systems.
- Understanding of financial services.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g., FCA, PRA).
- Experience using Confluence and JIRA.
