Admiral Pioneer is seeking a strategic Head of Actuarial to build and lead the actuarial function. Reporting to the CFO, you will own reserving, capital management, pricing oversight, reinsurance strategy and governance, shaping financial performance and capital efficiency as the business scales.
You’ll work closely with FP&A and senior stakeholders to drive growth, provide insight to the Board, and ensure strong governance across the actuarial agenda in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment.
