What We’re Looking For:
- Eagerness to learn: A self-starter mentality, someone who relishes the challenge of developing new skills.
- End to end campaign management experience: Gained either client or agency side.
- Attention to detail: A good eye for creative along with good numerical skills
- Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and confidently while working well with others.

- Media knowledge: A good understanding of media and the roles different channels play in meeting marketing objectives.

- Organisational skills: Excellent self-organisation and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with the Advertising Manager and other colleagues to ensure your work aligns with the Marketing department\’s objectives.
- Time management: Ability to maintain high-quality work while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in analytics tools such as Google Analytics being desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: You will manage our campaign timing plans, ensuring all deadlines are met and teams are kept up to date.
- Assisting with brief writing: Input to clear, insight driven campaign briefs to ensure campaign objectives, audience insights, and past learnings are integral to our communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our agencies and internal teams to deliver measurable campaigns.
- Managing campaign approvals: Manage sign offs and approvals for plans, messaging and creative executions.
- Budget Management: Monitor campaign spend against budget on a regular basis, invoice management and raising purchase orders.
- Campaign performance evaluation and reporting: Reviewing in flight and post campaign performance. Developing and maintaining reports on that performance.
- Agency Relationships: Building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and agencies.
- Managing asset and activity management systems: Own and update file and workload management systems (Jira, SharePoint, ZiFlow) ensuring all files are saved in shared locations and any notes/tasks are up to date.
