About this role
We specialise in road traffic accident claims. We understand that motor accidents are distressing and can be confusing, especially if you’ve never had to deal with an insurance claim before.
This is a fast-paced telephone contact centre role, working on a rotating shift pattern. As a New Client Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients after they have been involved in a road traffic accident. Your role will be to make a good first impression and gather information accurately, whilst showing empathy to our clients at a stressful time for them.
Our people are always at the heart of what we do, so we’ll always make sure you have the skills and knowledge to do your job and do it well. After comprehensive training, you’ll start making outbound and receiving inbound calls as well as setting up new claims. You’ll also benefit from on-going training to ensure you’re always up to date with the latest policies and procedures to deliver the best service possible.
About you
To be one of our New Client Handlers you’ll need to:

- Be proactive and be able to use your own initiative
We provide full and extensive training; we just ask that you’re motivated and eager to take on board the theory before putting it into practice to help our clients. Although you will be required to work independently you will also need to work as part of a team to achieve your individual, team and department goal of providing the best possible service to our clients.Training is in-office for 5 weeks, then hybrid work begins.
Shifts
We operate in shift patterns that include weekends. Weekday shifts are between 9am and 8pm, and weekend shifts are from 9am to 4pm. Employees who work a weekend shift are given a compensatory day off during the week.
