Your Role:

As an International Pricing Manager (IPM), you will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. No prior industry experience is required - we’ll support your learning and development.

You’ll join our Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme - a fast-track professional development initiative tailored for MBA graduates, focused on building future expertise in pricing, data, and risk.

The SPARK Programme Offers:

  • 6 - 9 months of dedicated training to understand our Pricing, Data, and Risk functions
  • On-the-job learning through projects with real business impact
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite

Projects may include launching new products, implementing technologies, exploring new data, or addressing country-specific challenges.

Career Progression:

The goal of the SPARK programme is to prepare you for future senior roles, either within Pricing & Data, or across the wider business. The fast growth of our international companies, as well as our expansion into new product lines, will create exciting future career opportunities for IPMs.

Past IPMs include the CEO of our US Insurance Operation and the Head of our Travel Insurance venture in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate impactful pricing and data projects from concept to delivery
  • Contribute to future strategy across pricing, data, and risk
  • Share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with analysts and data scientists
  • Review pricing structures and past performance to support risk management

Location Options:

1. International Pricing Team – Cardiff HQ: This multi-national team provides strategic advice and support to our international operations. The role includes opportunities to travel and potentially relocate to one of our international offices.

2. Local Operations – Paris, Rome, Seville: You’ll be based in one of our local operations, and will complete the full SPARK training programme led by the International Pricing team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • MBA from a top business school
  • Strong numerical skills supported by academic or professional experience
  • A strategic mindset, demonstrated through past experience (e.g., consulting, project management, or data-focused roles)
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian (required for Local Operations route, and highly desired for the International Pricing Team route)

  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams and regions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
  • Willingness to learn necessary technical skills from the ground up
