Your Role:
As an International Pricing Manager (IPM), you will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. No prior industry experience is required – we’ll support your learning and development.
You’ll join our Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme – a fast-track professional development initiative tailored for MBA graduates, focused on building future expertise in pricing, data, and risk.
The SPARK Programme Offers:
- 6 – 9 months of dedicated training to understand our Pricing, Data, and Risk functions
- On-the-job learning through projects with real business impact
- Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite
As part of our programme, you\’ll have the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives such as launching innovative products, implementing cutting-edge technologies, uncovering new data insights, and solving complex, country-specific challenges.
Career Progression:
The goal of the SPARK programme is to prepare you for future senior roles, either within Pricing & Data, or across the wider business. Past IPMs include the CEO of our US Insurance Operation and the Head of our Travel Insurance venture in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate impactful pricing and data projects from concept to delivery
- Contribute to future strategy across pricing, data, and risk
- Share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts and data scientists
- Review pricing structures and past performance to support risk management
Location:
Our International Pricing is team is based in our Cardiff HQ, and provides strategic advice and support to our international operations. The role also includes opportunities to travel and potentially relocate to one of our international offices, which are located in Rome, Seville and Paris.

- MBA from a top business school
- Strong numerical skills supported by academic or professional experience
- A strategic mindset, demonstrated through past experience (e.g., consulting, project management, or data-focused roles)
Desirable Traits and Attributes:
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams and regions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Willingness to learn necessary technical skills from the ground up
- Interest in data or emerging technologies (experience is a plus, not required)
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
