Our 3 core focus areas include scaling our business, enhancing our data utilisation and speed of delivery to customers, and amplifying our Admiral DNA.This programme bridges the gap between strategic thinking and hands‐on delivery, preparing you for a future role in leadership.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior teams to support a wide range of strategic priorities across the GroupSupport the transition of new ideas from concept to full-scale implementation, working across various products and new venturesPick up on ad-hoc projects assigned by our Group CEOBring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your workDevelop plans, gather and analyse data, solve problems, and offer recommendations for strategic and operational initiativesWork with teams across the Group to communicate our strategy and priorities, and how they connect to each business areaHelp prepare reports and recommendations from concept to implementation, and present them to senior stakeholders (including the Group Board)Location: This role is based at our HQ in Cardiff, UK, although we work on a flexible hybrid model meaning you won\'t need to be in the office every day.There will also be potential opportunities in Paris, Rome, and Seville.
