This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role within our Group Corporate Affairs team. You’ll be at the heart of our communications function, supporting the Executive leadership team and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business, including marketing, investor relations, and HR. What you’ll be doing

As part of our Corporate Affairs team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful communications, both internally and externally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day communications activity, working closely with PR and Public Affairs agencies to respond to media enquiries and proactively raise Admiral Group’s profile
  • Helping manage and evolve the Group website, liaising with external agencies to ensure it remains engaging and up to date
  • Drafting high quality content, including press releases, social media posts, and internal communications
  • Preparing briefings for senior spokespeople ahead of media and parliamentary engagements
  • Building and developing relationships with journalists and parliamentarians
  • Collaborating with colleagues across our international markets (Canada, France, India, Italy, Spain, and the UK) to ensure aligned messaging
  • Providing general team support and administrative assistance as required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working with the media, social media, and/or politics
  • Confidence in producing and supporting both internal and external communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Confidence working in an international, collaborative environment, including international teams and entities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels (up to C‑suite and Directors)
  • Previous experience working within a Corporate environment
  • Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written)
  • Can travel and work in London frequently

  • European language skills
  • Experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience working for a company that serves consumers directly
  • Previous experience working within Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Communications or a similar role
