A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Loans Executive within our growing Customer Operations team. The Loans Executive plays a key role in supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their loan. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including telephone, email and webchat, ensuring a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and webchat, guiding them through the loan application process and supporting queries or changes throughout the loan lifecycle

Benefits
Everyone receives 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) when they join us, increasing the longer you stay with us, up to a maximum of 38 days (including bank holidays).
