The Role
We’re looking for a collaborative and driven team member to join our small core product team. This role involves supporting Product Managers and the Pricing Team to deliver our overall product strategy and drive growth.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Admiral Money and the wider Admiral Group to develop a cohesive, data-driven understanding of our Unsecured Personal Loan (UPL) product and the environment it operates in.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis
- Develop tools to visualise the end-to-end Unsecured Lending funnel across customer segments.
- Use manual and supervised learning techniques to identify outlier segments or interactions that could be improved to reduce friction, enhance customer experience, and boost conversion and engagement.
- Generate strategies and propose tests independently and collaboratively with the Product, Digital, and other teams.
- Review onboarding communications and identify segments for testing alternative approaches.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of direct marketing campaigns.
- Analyse performance across distribution partners.
- Explore broader distribution and market opportunities.
- Contribute to segmentation work by understanding the composition of our portfolio.
- Provide regular market insights covering competitor performance, industry trends, innovations, regulatory impacts, and market growth.
Monitoring
- Track funnel performance, test outcomes, and shifts in customer behaviour.
- Act as the go-to Trading representative for the Product team, leading product-related analysis and participating in daily sessions.
Commercial Focus
- Maintain a strong understanding of key financial metrics and the levers available to influence them.
- Develop data-driven business cases to prioritise initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to optimise relationships using advanced data insights.
Product Design & Strategy
- Support the development of product vision and strategy.
- Contribute to a data-informed product roadmap.
- Identify underperforming segments and propose solutions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance journey mapping, communication strategies, and engagement tactics.
Collaboration
- Partner with the Digital, Data, Credit Strategy, and Pricing teams to build a holistic view of product performance.
- Build strong relationships across Admiral Money to provide context and increase understanding of product performance.
- Collaborate across the Admiral Group to identify opportunities, share insights, and drive innovation.
Skills and Experience

- Experience in product, product analysis, or customer/commercial-focused roles.
- Proven ability to manage impactful deliverables.
- Experience engaging with internal stakeholders.
