Role Overview

As a Customer Advisor on the Customer Loyalty team, you will handle daily calls from existing customers, helping to renew policies, add coverage, or resolve queries. You’ll deliver exceptional service while meeting regulatory compliance standards, supported by comprehensive training and continuous development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries over the phone
• Provide renewal and coverage advice
• Resolve general queries and resolve issues
• Work within compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Support a positive, flexible working environment, sharing the office and work‑from‑home hybrid model

• Base salary: £24,636.15 plus potential monthly incentives
• 33 days holiday (bank holidays included) increasing to 38 days over time, with the option to buy or sell additional days
