A vacancy has arisen within Admiral Money for a Credit Risk & Pricing Analyst within the Mortgages team. This is a broad role which will provide exposure to various workstreams across the team, including credit policy/eligibility, affordability modelling, pricing models/strategy, portfolio monitoring and much more. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the Credit Risk & Pricing team to develop their knowledge and understanding of the product, systems and processes. This role is suitable for an analytically minded person who is eager to learn and grow within the role.
Duties include:
- Monitoring the performance of the mortgages onboarding journey through the interrogation and analysis of data
- Reviewing the affordability model to ensure its accuracy and ensure it is optimised based on available data
- Monitor the performance of the portfolio through analysing arrears trends and repayment rates
- Support the development of the pricing model through tracking its assumptions and looking for areas of improvement
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights to the wider business
- Collaborate with colleagues across Admiral Money to ensure continuous improvement
- Present insights in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prioritising workloads to meet SLAs and deliver on department objectives
Required skills and experience:
- Attention to detail, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset

- A strong focus on quality, whilst being receptive to feedback
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
