Do you want to work for a multi-award-winning business, where we prioritize your career and development? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Complex Property Claims department at Admiral! We’re seeking individuals with claims handling experience to support our customers during their times of need. You will manage a diverse portfolio of claims, including water damage, fire, theft, subsidence, and storm cases, valued between £50,000 and £100,000. Your responsibility will be to ensure our customers are well cared for from the initial claim to settlement.
While relevant claims experience is important, we also invest in our employees’ ongoing professional and technical development. Successful candidates will attend comprehensive onboarding training and have access to ongoing development opportunities, including externally accredited courses from the Chartered Insurance Institute and British Damage Management Association.
Requirements:
- Any Insurance qualification is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of household insurance or claims handling experience.
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain standards and discipline according to Company Procedures.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player attitude.
