Our summer internship is exclusively for students currently attending university or recent graduates. It provides an immersive experience in one of our business support functions (Sustainability, Finance, Risk, Procurement), and offers the chance to gain real responsibility from day one. You may be placed in any area of the business, but we will match your interests and skills to a role where you can excel and add value quickly. Industry experts will invite you to join their teams, expecting you to dive into projects and day‑to‑day tasks. You'll receive mentorship and a strong network from the start.

  • Working hours: 37.5 per week, flexible.
  • Location: Hybrid, with one to two days per week in our Cardiff office. We provide all equipment needed for comfortable remote work.
  • 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to up to 38 days the longer you stay.
  • Option to buy or sell up to five additional days.
  • Up to £3,600 of free shares each year after one year of service.
