We are expanding our Compliance team in Gibraltar and seek a Product Governance Oversight Manager to lead product governance oversight and champion Consumer Duty across the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Compliance and Consumer Duty Champion to support all aspects of Consumer Duty, including quarterly and annual board reporting.
- Develop and continuously enhance AIGL’s Consumer Duty framework.
- Review consumer duty management information from intermediaries to drive strong customer outcomes.
- Ensure policies and frameworks align with Consumer Duty principles throughout the business.
- Review Fair Value Assessments before presentation to the AIGL Board.
- Maintain and evolve AIGL’s Product Governance Framework, ensuring alignment with Gibraltar Consumer Duty rules and GFSC guidance.
- Provide insight, guidance and supportive challenge throughout product development from design to approval.
- Strong understanding of FCA and GFSC Consumer Duty rules and product governance requirements.
- Experience in product governance within insurance - either through product ownership or oversight capacity.
- Solid knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and experience designing governance frameworks, policies and processes.
- Proven ability to apply Consumer Duty principles, focusing on fair value and positive customer outcomes.
- 37 days holiday (including bank holidays) at joining, increasing up to 42 days with tenure.
