Our 3 core focus areas include scaling our business, enhancing our data utilisation and speed of delivery to customers, and amplifying our Admiral DNA. This programme bridges the gap between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, preparing you for a future role in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior teams to support a wide range of strategic priorities across the Group.
  • Support the transition of new ideas from concept to full-scale implementation, working across various products and new ventures.
  • Pick up ad-hoc projects assigned by our Group CEO.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to your work.
  • Develop plans, gather and analyse data, solve problems, and offer recommendations for strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Work with teams across the Group to communicate our strategy and priorities, and how they connect to each business area.
  • Help prepare reports and recommendations from concept to implementation, and present them to senior stakeholders (including the Group Board).

Location

This role is based at our HQ in Cardiff, UK, although we work on a flexible hybrid model meaning you won’t need to be in the office every day. There will also be potential opportunities in Paris, Rome, and Seville. For roles outside the UK, we may consider direct placements outside the programme.

We’re looking for

  • MBA from a leading business school.
  • Experience working with and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large scale cross-functional projects.

Desirable Skills and Qualities

  • Comfortable working with data and technology to support informed decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take initiative while working collaboratively.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to making things happen.
  • Interest in working across our international operations.
  • Fluency in one of our operational languages (French, Italian, Spanish).
