The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking an APS4 Administration Officer to join a new Legal Coordination Services team. The role involves recording and monitoring litigation against Tribunal applications and providing administrative support across case management systems.
Responsibilities
- Record litigation events in the Tribunal’s case management systems and databases.
- Sourcing documents relevant to the litigation of a Tribunal case from the relevant case management system and providing those documents for filing with the courts.
- Prepare correspondence and liaise with external organisations relating to the litigation of Tribunal matters.
- Maintain and update case files using case management systems and undertake general administrative support functions.
- Exercise judgement in applying policies and procedures to sets of facts and identify opportunities to adapt or improve processes.
- Work productively and efficiently in a high‑volume area while managing workloads across multiple case management platforms.
- Build relationships, receive and respond to enquiries from primary decision‑making agencies and courts, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
