Following the huge success of The Nici Bournemouth, we are bringing our signature laid-back luxury energy to the Cornish coast. The NICI Newquay, opening in 2026, will redefine seaside hospitality, offering stunning ocean views, contemporary design, a vibrant restaurant and bar scene, indulgent spa and leisure facilities, and a guest experience like no other. This is more than a hotel opening; it is the creation of a destination. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative social media executive to work with a hugely successful company to take responsibility for the creative output across our social and digital channels. This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive. Please note this is a part-time position (24 hours) with potential over full-time hours over the summer.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand current social trends and content creation to grow our social media channels and engagement.
  • Experience of managing and creating content for Instagram and Facebook and a working knowledge of other social platforms.
  • Responsible for visual content creation of the NICI Newquay brand.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Executive as well as key stakeholders.
  • Manage the social media accounts across the business.
  • Help to create, manage and deliver the strategy for the brand.
  • Excellent creative, written and communication skills.
  • Be flexible, self-motivated, multi-tasking, and adaptable.
  • A can-do attitude with the proactivity to manage your own schedule is necessary, along with the creative capacity to manage different brands across different channels, each requiring different tones of voice and communicating with different audiences.
