Hampton by Hilton is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop hotel teams through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Support delivery of hotel budgets, KPIs, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and effective complaint resolution.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
  • Manage labour costs, rotas, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, fire, security, and company policies.
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings and support quality assurance audits.
  • Deputise for the General Manager when required.

About You

  • Previous hotel operations experience at Head of Department level or above.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Commercially focused with experience managing costs and performance.
  • Flexible, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
