You Will:
- Take full accountability for the commercial and operation performance of both hotels, driving profitability across rooms, food and beverage, and ancillary revenue streams.
- Ensure full compliance with Accor brand standards, audits and guest experience metrics, embedding brand culture into every department.
- Lead and inspire a multi-department team, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability and pride in representing globally recognised brands.
- Drive revenue growth in partnership with RBH commercial teams and Accor systems, leveraging brand tools, loyalty programmes and local market intelligence.
- Build strong relationships with ownership, Accor brand representatives and local corporate partners.
- Champion guest satisfaction and online reputation, ensuring both properties consistently deliver exceptional experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee operational excellence across all departments, ensuring efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Position Ibis & Adagio London Sutton Point as a leading hospitality destination within South London, maximising opportunities from the area’s growing business, leisure and extended-stay markets.

- Strong understanding of brand compliance, quality audits, loyalty programmes and the importance of delivering consistent global standards whilst maintaining local relevance.
- Commercially astute, with a track record of driving RevPAR, GOP performance and market share within competitive markets.
- Experience leading complex hotel operations, ideally including multi-brand, dual-property or extended-stay environments.
- A visible, hands-on leadership style that builds credibility, develops talent and drives engagement.
- Confidence in stakeholder management, including owners, brand partners and corporate clients.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence and day-to-day leadership.
