About Employer: We are an administrative support company providing assistance to Disabled people. We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a friendly and professional manner to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a self‑employed individual looking to gain more experience and develop lasting skills. The applicant should be very reliable and take pride in being a well‑organised person, able to demonstrate secretarial skills, excellent attention to detail, understand the benefits of prioritisation, together with implementing consistency and efficiency to all assigned projects and tasks. Although this is a Support Worker role, the organisation works with many clients and you may be asked to work with different clients at different locations on different days. The role also requires you to have daily access to the internet.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Typing, Taking Notes and Transcribing
  • Proofreading Documents
  • Diary Management (Scheduling)
  • Monitoring Emails
  • Updating a CRM
  • Updating Client Records
  • Research and Record Data
  • Record Keeping
  • Monitor Regulations and Compliance
  • Assist at Client Meetings
  • Data Entry
  • Keeping Team Members Informed of Plans and Changes to Plans
  • Provide Ad Hoc Duties i.e. Other General Tasks

Depending on qualifications and experience all duties will be agreed at a later stage.
