The Role
You will own and grow strategic publisher relationships, unlock new revenue opportunities, and help shape the future of our supply strategy, particularly across next‑generation AI‑driven products.
Key Outcomes- Own and grow the DACH publisher portfolio, driving measurable revenue uplift
- Identify and launch new monetisation opportunities, including AI‑led solutions
- Strengthen adMarketplace’s position as a strategic partner across the region
- Deliver best‑in‑class publisher experience and long‑term retention
- Lead day‑to‑day management of publisher relationships across DACH, ensuring seamless communication and execution
- Drive revenue growth across both new and existing publishers through optimisation, testing, and strategic planning
- Partner closely with Business Development to onboard and scale new Tier 1 publishers
- Act as the primary point of contact for publishers, resolving issues and identifying opportunities proactively
- Build deep understanding of each partner’s business model, KPIs, and product roadmap
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow key partnerships
- Collaborate with demand‑side teams to align supply opportunities with advertiser needs
- Identify gaps in product or service delivery and work cross‑functionally to bring new solutions to market
- Contribute to the development and rollout of new AI‑driven publisher products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in account management, partnerships, or client‑facing roles (adtech experience preferred)
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic accounts
- Experience working with or selling into publishers, platforms, or digital media environments
- Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and advise partners
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding of media math (e.g., CPC, RPM, yield optimisation)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
