The EU Account Management TeamOur European team manages a growing portfolio of enterprise advertisers across multiple verticals and markets. We focus on delivering strong performance against client KPIs while identifying scalable growth opportunities across our network. The EU Account Management team is responsible for: Retaining and growing revenue across our advertiser portfolioOnboarding and scaling new advertiser launches (currently averaging 4 per month)Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs quickly and sustainablyDriving performance optimisation, testing, and long-term strategic growthActing as trusted performance partners to our clientsThe RoleAs an Account Specialist, you will support the EU Account Management team by owning repeatable operational workflows across a portfolio of key advertisers. This is a graduate-level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management. You will work across 2β3 Account Managers and report directly to an Account Director (line manager), who will support your development, progression and workload management. Progression within the role will be based on demonstrated mastery of core processes and consistent performance over time. What You'll DoMonitor campaign spend and performance and support ongoing optimisation and delivery, helping advertisers achieve their performance and growth objectives while identifying risks and opportunities early. Support new advertiser launches and new market or placement activations, ensuring setup, tracking and internal processes are completed accurately and on time. Work cross-functionally with Campaign Management, Supply, Pricing/Strategy and other internal teams to resolve performance and delivery challenges. Prepare weekly client reporting, performance dashboards and QBR decks, turning campaign data into clear and actionable insights. Manage core account processes and information, ensuring recurring workflows, budgets and campaign actions are completed consistently and accurately. Support Account Managers with client requests, follow-ups and problem-solving, coordinating internally to drive actions through to resolution.
