Overview

As an Account Specialist, you will support the EU Account Management team by handling repeatable operational workflows for key advertisers. You’ll focus on execution excellence in the first 12–18 months, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, pacing is accurate, and reporting is clear. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery challenges and prepare actionable client insights. This role offers a foundation in performance marketing with clear growth potential as you master core processes and contribute to scaling efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign spend and performance, supporting ongoing optimisation and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Assist with new advertiser launches and market/placement activations, ensuring setup and tracking are completed on time
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management, Supply, Pricing/Strategy to resolve performance and delivery challenges
  • Prepare weekly client reporting, dashboards, and QBR decks with clear insights
  • Manage core account processes, budgets, and campaign actions to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Support account managers with client requests and problem-solving, driving resolution
  • Join client calls and meetings with opportunity to take on greater client-facing duties

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the EU team
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with structured data
  • Proficiency in Excel with formulas, datasets, and trend identification
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks
