We’re building the Cursor for ad management.
Admanage. ai helps companies launch ads 10x faster across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and more.
Created by top performance marketers who’ve managed over $50M+ in ad spend, our mission is to level the playing field by giving every business access to enterprise‑grade ad automation tools.
We make it possible to launch hundreds of ads in seconds.
What takes a media buyer 60 minutes in Ads Manager takes us under a minute, a 96% cut in launch time.
In the last 90 days alone, our users launched 1.5M+ ads across 194,000+ batches, and we serve ~10,000 marketers daily at brands like Canva, Stanley, Wise, Nord VPN and Perplexity.
Now we’re building AI‑powered tools to programmatically create, launch, and manage ads, which is where you come in.
We’re profitable, fast‑moving, and backed by experience, not just ideas.
We commit to Git Hub multiple times a day and ship continuously.
We were founded by brothers Cedric & Raph Yarish (ex‑Photoroom, ex‑ZOE, ex‑Nextdoor), who previously co‑founded Ad Scan. ai (25,000 users).

Why This Role Rocks
This is a high‑ownership full stack role where you’ll design and deliver features that directly shape how top advertisers launch and manage hundreds of thousands of ads a month.
You’ll build across the whole product: tables that render thousands of live ads, real‑time data sync from Meta, backend services and queues that push ads to a dozen platforms, and complex async workflows connecting it all.
You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, shape our architecture from database to UI, and raise the bar for API design, state management, testing, and performance.
You’re not here to maintain.
You’re here to build a complex, data‑heavy product that’s fast, robust, well‑tested, and genuinely nice to use.
- Tech Stack
- Frontend: Next. js 14, React 18, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Framer Motion
- Backend: Node. js, Prisma, My SQL
- State management: Zustand
- Testing: Vitest
- Infra: Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Vercel
- Auth: Next Auth. js
- APIs: Facebook Marketing API, Tik Tok Ads API (plus Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and more)
- Design / AI tooling: Claude Code, Claude Design
- What You’ll Do
- Architect and scale the full stack for an app launching well over a million ads a quarter.
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models that sync ads, spend, and performance data across a dozen ad platforms.
- Build robust async workflows: batch launches, background jobs, queues, and real‑time sync from Meta and Tik Tok.
- Implement robust state management to handle complex, async, and data‑heavy workflows on the frontend.
- Build production‑grade testing (unit, integration, E2E) to support safe continuous deployment.
- Generate UI fast with Claude Design and Claude Code, then refine it into pixel‑accurate, accessible, reusable production components.
- Ship features end to end: idea → database → API → UI → optimise for testing, speed and UX.
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 1-4 years building production full stack apps with React/Next. js and Node. js.
- Are comfortable across the stack: designing data models, writing APIs, and building polished UI.
- Are strong at state management and async workflows in large, complex apps.
- Believe testing is part of building, not an afterthought.
- Care about performance, UX, and clean, consistent design.
- Communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive in startup culture.
- Bonus Points For
- Experience with ad APIs (Meta, Tik Tok, IG).
- Deep Prisma + My SQL experience (query optimisation, migrations, scaling).
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Vercel, Git Hub Actions).
- Experience with queues, background jobs, or high‑volume third‑party API integrations.
- A strong design sensibility and fluency with AI build tools like Claude Code and Claude Design.
Join Us If You Want To...
