About Admanage. ai

We're building the Cursor for ad management.

Admanage. ai helps companies launch ads 10x faster across Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and more.

Created by top performance marketers who've managed over $50M+ in ad spend, our mission is to level the playing field by giving every business access to enterprise-grade ad automation tools.

We make it possible to launch hundreds of ads in seconds.

What takes a media buyer 60 minutes in Ads Manager takes us under a minute, a 96% cut in launch time.

In the last 90 days alone, our users launched 2.3M+ ads across 194,000+ batches, and we serve ~10,000 marketers daily at brands like Canva, Stanley, Wise, Nord VPN and Perplexity.

Now we're building AI-powered tools to programmatically create, launch, and manage ads, which is where you come in.

We're profitable, fast-moving, and backed by experience, not just ideas.

We commit to Git Hub multiple times a day and ship continuously.

We were founded by brothers Cedric & Raph Yarish (ex-Photoroom, ex-ZOE, ex-Nextdoor), who previously co-founded Ad Scan. ai (25,000 users).

Why This Role Rocks

This is a designer-first role with real ownership.

You'll design and ship the interfaces that top advertisers use to launch and manage hundreds of thousands of ads a month: dense data tables, real-time sync from Meta, and workflows spanning a dozen ad platforms.

Adtech is full of interfaces that take 17 clicks to do one thing.

We exist because of that.

Your job is to solve real customer problems with the simplest possible UI: fewer clicks, fewer screens, less thinking required.

Simplicity is beautiful, and it's hard, and that's the work.

You don't need to be a seasoned engineer.

You need taste, product obsession, and the drive to turn your designs into working product with AI tools like Claude Code and Codex.

We'll teach you the engineering side.

You'll work directly with the founding team and set the visual and UX bar for the whole product.

You're not here to hand off mockups. You're here to design it, build it, and ship it.

  • 🔧 Tech Stack
  • Design / AI tooling: Claude Code, Codex, Claude Design, Figma
  • Frontend: Next. js 14, React 18, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Framer Motion
  • State management: Zustand
  • Testing: Vitest
  • Backend (light exposure): Node. js, Prisma, My SQL
  • Infra: Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Vercel

What You'll Do

  • Own the look, feel, and UX of a product launching millions of ads a quarter.
  • Talk to customers, understand their actual problems, and design the shortest path to the outcome they want.
  • Take complex, data-heavy workflows and make them radically simple: cut clicks, cut screens, cut confusion.
  • Prototype and build with Claude Code, Codex, and Claude Design, then refine your work into pixel-accurate, accessible, reusable production components.
  • Build and maintain our design system: spacing, typography, colour, motion, components.
  • Ship features end to end: idea → design → build → polish.
  • Level up your engineering skills with support from experienced engineers and founders.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Are product obsessed: you start from the customer's problem, not the pixels, and you measure your work by outcomes achieved, not screens designed.
  • Believe simplicity is beautiful: your instinct is to remove steps, not add options.
  • Are a designer first: you obsess over spacing, hierarchy, typography, motion, and clean, consistent UI.
  • Have a portfolio of shipped product design work (web apps, dashboards, or tools are a big plus).
  • Are keen to build what you design, and excited to learn Claude Code and Codex to do it. Some HTML/CSS or React experience helps, but curiosity and speed of learning matter more.
  • Sweat the details other people miss.
  • Care about UX, performance, and design systems.
  • Communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive in startup culture.
  • 💡 Bonus Points For
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI build tools.
  • React/Next. js or Tailwind CSS experience.
  • Experience designing data-heavy products, dashboards, or B2B Saa S.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, IG) as a user or designer.
