AdManage is looking for a versatile Growth Content Marketer to join our tight knit team in London. This is an in office role where you will play a key part in scaling AdManage across multiple channels.
You have around 6 months of experience in marketing, content, growth or a hybrid role. You come from a STEM background and think in systems and data, but you have realised your real strength is combining analytical thinking with creativity. You have run or dipped your toes with Facebook ads before and you understand the real challenges performance marketers deal with. This gives you stronger empathy with AdManage users and helps you create content that resonates.
What You Will Be Doing- Content Strategy with an Algorithmic Lens: You will reverse engineer LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Meta to create content that captures attention and drives real reach. You will script, produce and publish high performing content across our channels.
- Performance Driven Content Creation: You will run experiments across formats, hooks, angles, thumbnails and narrative structures to find what scales.
- User Understanding: Your experience running Facebook ads helps you speak the same language as performance marketers. You will create content that reflects the challenges of launching, testing and scaling ads.
- Automation: You will identify repetitive content and marketing tasks and use code or no code tools to automate them.
- Collaboration: You will work directly with Raphael and Cedric Yarish, top 1 percent performance marketers, and learn how to build and scale content engines used by some of the fastest growing companies in our portfolio.
- AI Powered Media Creation: You will create graphics, visuals and creative assets using AI tools at scale.
- STEM Background: You think in systems, logic and data.
- Around 1 Year of Marketing Experience: This can be content, growth, or paid media.
- Facebook Ads Experience: You must have run Meta ads before. You do not need expert level skills. You just need enough familiarity to understand our users, their workflows and their pain points.
- Genuine Obsession with Marketing: You follow marketing trends and know the leading voices in the industry.
- Excellent Copywriting: Clear, persuasive and structured writing is non negotiable.
- Comfortable on Camera: You will appear in social content.
- Creative and Analytical: You can ideate, test, measure and iterate quickly.
- Highly Organised and Proactive: You can thrive in a fast moving startup environment.
