Our mission? Level the playing field by giving every business access to enterprise-grade ad automation tools. We make it easy to launch hundreds of ads in seconds, saving advertisers hours. And we’re building AI-powered tools to programmatically create, launch, and manage ads, which is where you come in. We’re profitable, fast-moving, and backed by experience, not just ideas. We commit to GitHub multiple times a day and ship continuously.

You’ll collaborate with the founding team (ex-Photoroom, ex-ZOE, ex-Nextdoor), shape our frontend architecture, and raise the bar for state management, testing, and performance. What You’ll Do

  • Architect and scale the frontend for an app launching 500,000+ ads/month
  • Implement robust state management to handle complex, async, and data-heavy workflows
  • Build production-grade testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) to support safe continuous deployment
  • Ship features end-to-end: idea → build → optimize for robust testing, speed and UX

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 5+ years building production React/Next.js apps
  • Are skilled at state management in large, complex apps
  • Believe testing is part of building, not an afterthought
  • Care about performance, UX, and clean design systems
  • Communicate clearly, move fast, and thrive in a startup culture

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with ad APIs (Meta, TikTok, IG)

How to prepare for a job interview at AdManage.ai

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If AdManage.ai uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
