In this supporting role, you will assist the Validation Lead and Validation Engineers in upholding our commitment to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will assist in the process of verifying that our products are manufactured using equipment, facilities, and processes that meet both company specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Working as part of the Validation and Quality Assurance team in both the Office and Production facilities.
- Maintenance of the validation schedule defined in the Site Validation Master Plans.
- Author validation reviews to confirm the maintenance of validation status of equipment.
- Supporting the Validation Engineers with equipment, facilities and utilities validation activities as required.
- Providing support on major validation projects as required.
- Generating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Works Instructions (WIs) as required.
- Assisting with management of the onsite Calibration programme, including performing Internal calibrations, when necessary, to ensure equipment is calibrated on time and to an acceptable level.
- Participating in Internal and External Audit activities.
Qualifications
- Hold qualifications in a scientific or engineering field or have some equivalent experience.
- IT literate with good level of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Some knowledge of GMP with the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
- Understanding of validation requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with colleagues throughout all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and precision.
