We’re on the lookout for a talented, creative, and commercially-driven Senior Brand Manager with a proven track record of success working across the marketing mix to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. You’ll bring a consumer-driven mindset to every decision, ensuring brand activity is rooted in deep understanding of the customer journey and delivers meaningful experiences across all touchpoints. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external creative partners to deliver brand activity that resonates deeply with customers. This role is pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth with our veterinary audience across multiple channels and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the brand across all channels, evolving guidelines and developing compelling assets.
- Drive full-funnel creative strategy including campaign launches, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches.
- Lead the stage gate process for all NPD and EPD projects – working hand in hand with commercial, sales, technical, regulatory and project management teams to deliver projects on time and in full.
- Lead marketing efforts to support VET wholesalers, buying groups and the ecomm business - working closely with internal veterinarians and technical teams to ensure material is correct and compliant.
- Support export commercial team by setting clear brand plans KPIs and investment strategy.
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximise impact and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within veterinary, pet care, animal health, or FMCG sectors.
- Confident decision-maker, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent project management and stakeholders alignment skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail and a passion for pets and animal wellbeing.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements in veterinary or healthcare sectors is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Veterinary Science (with marketing experience), or related field.
Desirable:
- Experience working in B2C environments.
- Familiarity with veterinary networks, pet retail, or eCommerce channels.
