ADM Health & Wellness is looking for an experienced and collaborative leader to head EMEA Regulatory & Scientific Affairs for our growing food supplements portfolio. This is a high-impact role offering visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape products that support health and wellbeing across Europe.

The Role

  • You will lead EMEA regulatory strategy for food supplements, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and sustainable growth.
  • Working closely with commercial, R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams, you’ll help bring scientifically robust, compliant products to market.
  • You’ll also play a key role in developing people, building capability, and fostering a supportive, high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own EMEA regulatory strategy and compliance for microbiome-based food supplements (EU & UK).
  • Lead regulatory submissions, approvals, and post-market activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support innovation, market access, and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Translate regulatory changes into clear, practical guidance for business teams.
  • Act as the primary regulatory contact for EMEA manufacturing sites.
  • Maintain regulatory systems, documentation, and change control.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of regulatory professionals, supporting both technical and career development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field (PhD welcome but not required).
  • 7+ years’ experience in regulatory affairs within food supplements.
  • Strong knowledge of EFSA and Nutrition & Health Claims legislation.
  • Experience managing EU and national regulatory submissions.
  • A people-focused leader or mentor who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with regulatory systems and documentation platforms is an advantage.
